Today's recipe is light and quick specially for breakfast or dinner, I have already made Omelette with different ingredients before I hope you try it too, today I will make Feta Omelette for all Feta lovers :)
Recipe Tip:
1- You should cook the omelette on low heat so it wont burn without cooking from inside.
2- Don't add much salt to the omelette, you already have salt in the cheese.
3- You can use a plate to flip the omelette by place it in the plate then carefully reverse it to the pan.
Serves: 1 to 2 people
Prep. Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt, pepper & cumin to taste
1/8 cup Feta cheese
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1- Start mixing all ingredients except butter & Feta.
2- Melt the butter in a pan on medium low heat.
3- Gently add the mixture to the pan and let it 1 minute to hold from the bottom and add the Feta crumbs.
4- Cover the pan or put it under the oven top fire for a minute to hold from the top and then carefully flip the omelette.
5- Let it cook for couple of minutes and serve immediately, et voila... Bon Appétit :)
