When making pizza it's great to have your children in the kitchen, but when it's in shapes it's more fun, here I'm making some heart shaped mini pizzas and you can make any shape you or your children would like, also it's great for anniversaries or Valentine's Day, hope you like it.
Serves: 10 mini pizzas
Prep. Time: 30 - 60 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 cup flour
3/4 to 1 cup warm water
1/2 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
pinch dry thyme
salt & pepper
for the topping:
2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 big bell pepper, sliced
1 cup olive slices
4 tbsp Philadelphia or fetta cheese
2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions:
1- For making the dough follow the steps in here >> My Stuffed Crust Pizza & tips 4 great dough..
2- Preheat the oven 200C, after proofing the dough roll it with the rolling pin and cut it into heart shapes or any shape you like and place them on the baking sheet.
3- Mix Philadelphia with the tomato paste and spread the mix on top of the mini pizzas.
4- Add the topping ingredients except the mozzarella cheese.
5- Put them into the oven for 5 - 7 minutes and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, back into the oven for seconds till the mozzarella cheese is melted.
6- Serve them hot or at room temperature, and... Bon Apetit :)

These are so cute! We often have pizza on Friday nights and the hardest part for the kids is the dough. We'll have to try this; I think it will be easier and quite a bit more fun.
