Simple Tuna for Breakfast

I didn't use to like tuna so much, so I didn't try anything new with it, I just used to eat it only with lemon, salt and pepper, but my husband taught me another way to make tuna much better, may be you know it the with mayonnaise, today I'm gonna add my version without mayonnaise, and guess what? with lettuce it tastes really great.

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped or 1/2 bell pepper what you prefer
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt (depends on how much salty you'd like it to be)
cucumber and lettuce for garnish.

Directions:

put tuna in a bowl and add onion mix them well together, then add the tomato and pepper and mix, add the res of ingredients and mix well, put the mix in the serving plate, garnish with cucumber and lettuce, serve with bread, happy appetite :)

With the herbs and tahini, it sounds like a great way to make tuna, but I am not sure about eating it for breakfast:-).
