Sausage stuffed Chicken with spaghetti



Hello again, hope you all had a happy weekend, today's recipe - don't worry it's not pasta for the third time :) - it's just a delicious and innovative chicken recipe that you can eat with spaghetti or anything you like, you can edit the recipe and add bell pepper to the ingredients.
Tip: For better taste, saute the the chicken after filling  in the same sausage pan.

Ingredients:

2 slices of chicken breast
3/4 cup sausage slices
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Toothpick or food thread to close the chicken slices

Directions:

1- Heat the oven to 250° C or 480° F

2- Place the olive oil and sausage slices in a pan on high heat, stir for 2 minutes, and then add the tomato and stir for 2 minutes.



3- prepare the chicken slices, place half of the sausage on the slice.



4-  Fold the slice, and close it with food thread.



5- Heat the same sausage pan and place the chicken in it on high heat for 2 minutes every side or till it's light brown.



6- Place the chicken in a baking tray and cover with foil, put into the preheated oven for 20 minutes, when it's done you will see a tasty sauce that came out of it, with some of the cheese, the made a really good flavor.



7- Gently take off the food thread, and place it in a serving plate, with spaghetti, Bon Apetit :)

That's a lot of flavor, usually chicken is a bit bland, but the sausage will give it a zing. Great idea.
