Heart-Shaped Strawberry Cheesecake

Today I'm going to show you how to make a simple delicious eggless no-bake cheesecake, who doesn't love it? specially strawberry cheesecake, I'm going to make two flavores, one with Vanilla topped with strawberry sauce (I'm going to show you how to make a perfect strawberry sauce for cheesecake), the other flavor is strawberry flavor which I love so much.

Recipe tip:
1- You can use 50g well drained yogurt as a substitute for 50 ml sour cream.
2- To make strawberry flavor you can use the strawberry sauce and mix with cheese instead of using strawberry flavor.
3- You can use a small cheesecake pan instead of the heart molds.

Serves: 3 to 4 people (4 medium to small molds)
Prep. time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 30 to 60 minutes

Ingredients

Cheesecake:
40g butter, melted
100g digestive biscuits
300g Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp strawberry liquid flavor
30g icing sugar
50 ml soured cream
Strawberries to garnish

Strawberry sauce:
4 large strawberries, chopped
30g icing sugar
1/4 cup water

Directions:

1- Start by crushing and mixing biscuits with butter.

2- Prepare the heart mold by wrapping the bottom with cling film then press quarter the biscuit mix into each one, then chill till you prepare the filling.

3- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar till smooth.

4- Prepare the strawberry sauce by placing chopped strawberries, sugar, and water in a pan on medium heat and mix till the sugar is milted, puree the mix then put it back on medium heat till you find it transparent and thickened.
5- Take half of the cheese mix and add it to 2 molds and top it with strawberry sauce, mix the other half of cheese mix with strawberry flavor, add to the other 2 molds and chill for 30 to 60 minutes, then serve.. Bon Apetit :)
