Pepperoni & Cheese Lasagna

One of my favorite recipes, I'm a big fan of cheeses specially on pizza and lasagna when milted in the oven, it's so easy and so quick, you can do it anytime.

Serves:       3 people
Prep. time:  7 minutes
Cook time:10 minutes

Ingredients:

6 slices of lasagna (al dente)
6 tbsp pizza sauce
6 tbsp Arabbiata sauce
1/2 cup Kraft cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 triangles of La Vache qui rit cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 cup bell pepper slices
1/4 cup black olive pickle

Directions:

1- Heat the oven 250° C (862° F), mix the pizza sauce and arabbiata sauce together, and place 2 tbsp of the mix in the baking tray.

2- Place 2 slices of lasagna on the sauces.

3- Cut 2 triangles of La Vache qui rit cheese into small pieces and place it on the lasagna slices with half Kraft cheddar and half mozzarella.

4- Place 2 slices of lasagna on the cheeses.

5- Place the pepperoni, bell pepper, then 6 tbsp of the sauce mix.

6- Place 2 slices of lasagna.

7- Add 4 tbsp of the sauce mix, then add the black olive, then place the cheese like step number 3, and put it in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or till the cheese milt.

8- Let it cool just 2 minutes, then cut it and serve, Bon Apetit :).

I <3 turkey pepperoni and any excuse to break out the Arabbiata sauce! I'm such a hot head, I would have only used the Arabbiata sauce! : )
