I wanted to make a change by adding a recipe from other cuisine or has another main ingredient because my last post was about a pasta recipe, but actually I couldn't help it, I really LOVE pasta :), and it's really easy and quick too, hope you like it.
Tips:
1- The best thing in this recipe is the uncooked vegetables or semi cooked and that made them so tasty with other ingredients, specially the ketchup.
2- I want to add the rosemary flavor, but I don't want it to be so strong, I don't want it to be noticed, so I added so small pinch of it.
Ingredients:

200 gm fettuccine (boiled - al dente).
1/2 boneless chicken breast, sliced into long slices.
1 onion, chopped.
1 big bell pepper, cut into long slices.
1 big tomato, cut into long slices without seeds.
1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
3 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
2 small rosemary sticks or a small pinch (yes, less than 1/8 tsp)
Directions:
1- place olive oil and onion into a a big pan on medium heat, saute tell yellow.
2- Put the onion in the side of the pan on high heat and add the chicken quarter at a time so the pan doesn't get cold, we need it hot so the chicken doesn't lose its water, from time to time stir the onion and make sure the onion didn't burn .
3- Once you feel that the chicken gained light brown color, flip it on the other side till light brown, and then mix it with onion, add salt, pepper and rosemary, and saute on medium heat till brown and cooked.
4- Once you taste the chicken and feel it's cooked add the bell pepper and tomato slices, mix well with chicken on high heat for 1 minute, add the ketchup, stir for 1 minute.
5- Add the fettuccine and mix for 2 minutes, I don't want to cook the vegetables so step 4 & 5 will be so quickly.
6- Place in a serving plate, Bon Apetit :)

Half cooked veggies have such a nice crunch. I've never used ketchup in a pasta dish. Thanks for the introduction.
Exactly, I really LOVE this crunch, try ketchup and tell me ;)
Ketchup is one of the ingredients in South East Asian Indian or Muslim fried noodles, ie mee goreng. It gives a good flavor and taste when stir fried longer so that it sticks to the noodles or pasta. Good job and good try.
Thanks :)

A presto
Sonia

Great idea not really cooking the vegetables, they would have a nice texture or crunch to them, it looks really good, nice colors. Look forward to trying this recipe, like you I love pastas.
