Penne Rigate with mushroom cream
I LOVE pasta, and I LOVE Italian cuisine, this dish is my favorite (after pizza of course) specially when it's done with a good cream like Président, it has a really delicious taste specially with this dish, the combination of chicken, mushroom and cream is just perfect with pasta, while I write this I feel like I want to go cook it and eat it right away :), can't wait to do it again, I can eat it every day but then my husband will hate it and wont let me cook it again :D
Tip: When cooking or boiling the cream it has to be in room temperature.
400 ml Président cream
200 gm penne rigate (boiled)
1/2 boneless chicken breast, (boiled with small onion, salt, pepper, cardamom, and bay leaf).
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
2 tbsp butter
1 cube MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon
1- Place the butter in a pan on low heat so you don't burn the butter, when it's melted add the chicken bouillon cube and melt it with butter, and then add the mushroom and saute.

2- Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add the cream and stir for 3 minutes or till the mix comes to boil, I used chicken bouillon so I didn't need to add salt and pepper, it was just perfect.
3- Place the pasta in a serving plate, add the mix to it, and.. Bon Apetit :)
