Fettuccine with Sausage & Olives


This recipe is one of the easiest and quickest home made recipes, it doesn't take more than 15 to 18 minutes to be done, as you all know I'm a pasta addict, so hope you all enjoy my pasta dishes specially this one.

Preparing time: 3 minutes.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:
200 gm fettuccine 
2 1/2 cup water
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup sausage slices
3/4 cup olive pickle slices
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded "Kraft" cheddar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cucumber cut into slices.
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1- Place sausage slices with 2 tbsp olive oil onto a pan on high heat, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

2-Add the chopped tomato and stir for 2 minutes.

3- Remove sausage from the pan and place 2 tbsp olive oil and pasta in the same pan on medium high heat and stir, then add water and tomato paste and stir to mix them well till boil, then add salt & pepper and cover on low heat for 7 minutes.

4- After 7 minutes Uncover the pasta and change the heat to medium and add sausage and stir for 1 minute (you can add a bit of water if needed).

5-Add olive and mix then turn off the heat.

6- Serve with shredded Kraft cheddar and cucumber, and Bon Appetit :)

This looks wonderful. I love using green olives in recipes but it's hard to find good recipes with them. This one sounds like it would definitely be good!
