I'm glad you like the recipe, God...Hello Aisha,
I'm glad you like the recipe, God bless your two girls!
You can find other children's recipes here: http://julienjulia.blogspot.com/search/label/Baby%20Food%20%D8%B7%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D8%B7%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%84
Children at the age of 2 y and older can eat and digest our food like stews and roast meat...etc, unlike children at the age of 1 to 2 y old they cannot digest most of our food, and mostly cannot chew whole food yet, like sandwiches, fruit, and vegetables.
If you want to make it easier you can offer same food that is good for both, like oatmeal porridge, vegetable soup, bread pudding, chiclen or beef kofta, baked fish (no fried fish as it loses Omega-3 by frying, give the 2y old a whole apple and grate the apple for the 1 y old, do same for the other fruit and vegetables.
Stay away from white sugar, use honey instead, if you have to use sugar like in cakes or so use brown sugar it's healthier, don't use much salt to season foo, use lemon instead.
Also use whole wheat flour instead of white, try to use whole wheat pasta, whole grain rice... etc
Stay away from fried food, fast food, junk food...etc Try to make everything at home, iif they don't like eggs, put them in cream caramel, pancakes, pizza dough... etc and do the same with other food they don't like, mix it in things they do like!Kariman Al Essawyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06062944154908009421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1811922325426516907.post-22235048949700138252013-12-29T13:20:22.857+02:002013-12-29T13:20:22.857+02:00Hi..
